Why can I only see the top 30 search results in DISGENET?

Modified on Wed, 27 Nov at 3:50 PM

You may see the following message when you search DISGENET:

“Please note that the examples shown on this page only display the top-30 results ordered by score. To view more, upgrade your account.”

There are a couple of reasons this may appear:

1. You signed up for a 7-day Advanced free trial

Our 7-day free trial provides a taste of DISGENET's Advanced features, including text-mined data, but with limitations. You can only view the top 30 search results when you have a trial account.

The free trial is designed to give you an opportunity to experience the Advanced plan, but you won't have full access to all the functionalities until you subscribe to the plan.

2. You applied for a Free Academic License within the last 7 days

You recently applied for a Free Academic License. While your application is being reviewed (usually within 7 days), you have temporary access to the Advanced free trial with its limitations, including seeing only the top 30 results.

Once approved, your account will automatically switch to the Free Academic License, granting full access to curated data.

What plan do I currently have?

To see your current plan and query limits, go to https://www.disgenet.com/Tools#console (please note you must be logged in)

Upgrade to access the full DISGENET database

A Free Academic License or Advanced Free Trial does not grant you access to the full database.

To gain full access to all DISGENET data, including curated & text-mined data, you must upgrade your account to Standard or Advanced.
