disgenet2r 403 Forbidden Error with an Academic License

Modified on Wed, 27 Nov, 2024 at 3:51 PM

If you're using disgenet2r with an academic license and encountering access issues, please note:

The academic license provides access only to the "CURATED" database.

database = "ALL" will result in a 403 Forbidden error, as not all data sources are included in the Academic plan.

To resolve this issue, specify "CURATED" as the database in your function call.

database = "CURATED"

If you need access to additional data beyond curated, consider upgrading to a Standard or Advanced license which includes the full DISGENET database. You can get a price quotation by contacting us.
